Terms & Conditions

To secure your booking, a 25% deposit is required.

Your selected stay is held for 30 minutes during the payment process. After payment, you will receive a deposit confirmation email.

Once we review your booking internally, a final confirmation will be sent.

The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival.

All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

Bookings are only confirmed after deposit payment and internal review.

In rare cases we may be unable to accept a booking, for example due to availability or operational reasons. If that happens, we will let you know promptly and refund any payment received.

Minimum stay is 3 nights. Exceptions may be possible by prior arrangement, please contact us directly.

By Guests

The 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you do not arrive for your stay, no additional amount will be charged.

In case of extreme personal circumstances, for example serious illness, birth or sickness of a close family member, we will do our best to help you reschedule your stay. Deposits remain non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Rescheduling is possible within 12 months from the original booking.

If rescheduling leads to a higher price, for example due to price increases, the difference must be paid.

We may cancel bookings due to force majeure, for example extreme weather, natural disasters, or strikes.

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or an alternative option of similar standard.

Guests can choose shared or private rooms during booking.

Exact room allocation is confirmed upon arrival.

Friends or groups booking together will be placed in the same room whenever possible.

In case our surf house is fully booked or unavailable, for example due to staff absence, guests may be placed at our partner surf camp, Ohana, run by our brother, located just a street away.

Similarly, some guests from Ohana Surf Camp may stay with us. This collaboration ensures flexible and high-quality service for all guests.

Participation in surf, yoga, or other activities is at the guest’s own risk.

You must follow safety instructions given by our staff.

We reserve the right to stop any guest from participating if their behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.

Surfboards, wetsuits, and other equipment are provided for use during your stay.

Normal wear and tear is expected and not charged.

Damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in a small contribution towards repair costs.

We aim to keep this fair and reasonable for all parties.

Surfing depends on natural conditions, including waves, wind, and tides.

No refunds or compensation can be claimed if conditions are unsuitable.

We do our best to adapt the day by finding alternative surf spots, offering other activities, or sharing local tips to make your day enjoyable.

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for surf and other activities.

Please inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or special requirements.

Having travel insurance covering surf and activities is strongly recommended.

Guests must respect the house, equipment, and other visitors.

Misbehaviour that endangers others or damages property may result in termination of participation.

Guests are liable for any damage to property or equipment caused intentionally or through negligence.

Airport transfers can be booked in advance.

We are not responsible for delays or issues with third-party transport providers.

Departure times may vary, guests are responsible for ensuring timely arrival for flights.

Guest information collected during booking is used only for providing services and for internal purposes.

Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.

By staying with us, you consent to their use unless you notify us otherwise.

We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including weather, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Morocco.
